Each country uses its own transmission frequencies and measurement methods to determine the speed level. The different radar arm measuring devices, speed camera box, ESO3.0 Optospeed or measurements by light barrier have one thing in common: A photo of the license plate is taken. The documented image is used to investigate the vehicle and as a corpus delicti against the driver. The ProDB Photo Blocker reacts within a few milliseconds to each photo flash and makes the proof images electronically unusable. It protects the front and/or rear license plate by considerably overexposing photographs of the license plate. It is irrelevant whether single or double flash is used for the measurement procedure. It also doesn't matter whether you take pictures during the day or at night, on motorways or in urban areas. The ProDB Photo Blocker works fully automatically, without any error messages and is 100% reliable.

Designed in the USA, the ProDB can be mounted on the vehicle in just one hour, above the license plate and, if required, painted in vehicle colour. Operation is carried out via just one power cable. A discreet LED inside the vehicle informs the driver about current dangers. In addition to preventing images from being captured, the ProDB can also be used as license plate illumination by means of a switch. The photography blocker locates infrared signals with extremely fast reaction time which are transmitted by single or double flash cameras, reacts in a flash and overlights the license plate with patented technology. The intensity of this impulse is so powerful and concentrated that any possibility of subsequent photo processing, such as contrast enhancement in Photoshop, 100% in vain.
